What we collect
Account basics (name, email) from our authentication provider, Clerk. Learning progress. Which lessons you've read, which assessments you've passed, which threads you've joined. Optional profile fields you choose to fill in. We do not sell any of it.
Why we collect it
To run the product. Progress tracking means you can pick up where you left off. Entitlements (beta access, premium access, community posting) require identity. Moderation on the forum requires knowing who said what.
Who can see it
You. FaithMap staff when operationally required (support requests, content issues, moderation). No third-party advertisers, no data brokers. Our auth provider (Clerk) sees identity data by necessity.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes personal data from the product database; anonymized usage analytics may remain.
Your rights
Export your data, correct it, or delete your account from the profile page. Email us at [email protected] for anything the product doesn't let you do directly.
